Legend has it that Bulova, with his spirit of technological innovation typical of the brand, interrupted the Swiss tradition in indicating meters on the dial, the depth that the watch could withstand underwater, indicating on the original dial, standing, the American unit of measurement: 666 feet.
Bulova, with joy and pleasure is proud to present the re-edition of the Devil Diver Oceanographer which is presented in an elegant way, with black dial and the joint of modern details such as the 44 MM case diameter, the sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment and the double clasp for the bracelets, while maintaining mostly identical design inspired by the original of the 70s while maintaining important and iconic details, such as the viewfinder on the dial and the automatic movement.

The new Bulova Oceangrapher is exactly identical to the original, maintaining its waterproofness up to 666 feet, which translated into European units are respectively 200 meters, ISO certified.

The oceanographer presents inside a prestigious self-winding mechanical movement, protected by a stainless steel screw-down case, unidirectional rotating bezel decorated in red and black, three-hand black dial with luminescent indexes and date display at three o’clock.
To ensure correct reading of the time there is a sapphire crystal with anti-reflection treatment, which can be secured on the wrist by means of a stainless steel bracelet with double locking buckle, safety bar and extender.
The waterproofness certified by ISO standards is the traditional 666 feet, or 200 meters.
